Amann Cánovas Maruri presents a four tower complex of collective housing, which is located on a triangular plot linking two avenues. Fragmenting the two volumes and moving the building bays along the axis of the central corridor, enhances the insertion of the volumes into the limited surface area of the plot and maximizes to the full the views from the dwellings. As far as the perception from the exterior is concerned, the fanshape of the linear blocks creates a permeable urban street front. The high density of the operation, with a Floor Area Ratio of 4.31, contrasts with the low plot coverage, 0.37, which is in line with the decision to preserve the openness of the plot by creating a public plaza.
