SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
- SHIPPING RATES
Spain and Portugal
Free of charge. There will no shipping charges for purchases made from Spain and Portugal, unless otherwise specified
Other countries
The shipping rates to other countries will depend on the package weight and the destination country and the selected shipping method. The exact shipping rate will be calculated during the on-line purchasing process and always before the payment is made. a + t architecture publishers is not responsible for the customs duties applicable in each country if any.
- DELIVERY TIMES
The shipments will take place on working days, that is from Mondays to Fridays until 11.30am (Spanish time). Any purchases taking place after this time will be processed the following working day.
Customers will receive updates on the status of their delivery by email and will be able to track the progress of their package through their aplust.net account.
In the case of deliveries sent by Standard courier, the tracking will be done in accordance with the instructions forwarded by email by the Amazon logistics service or through your aplust.net account.
In the case of deliveries sent as Postal mail, as these are not registered mail, it will not be possible to track the package.
Spain and Portugal
Express courier. Delivery estimate: 2-3 days. Home delivery.
(Except Canarias, Baleares, Ceuta and Melilla: Standard Registered Mail. Delivery estimate: 8 days. Home delivery).
European Union
Standard courier. Delivery estimate: 3-10 days. Home delivery by Amazon Logistics.
Express courier. Delivery estimate: 2-4 days. Home delivery.
Rest of Europe
Postal mail. Delivery estimate: 15-60 days. Unregistered mail. a+t is not liable for any possible damage or loss of the package during shipment. Packages up to 2kg.
Express courier. Delivery estimate: 2-4 days. Home delivery.
United States, Canada
Postal mail. Delivery estimate: 15-90 days. Unregistered mail. a+t is not liable for any possible damage or loss of the package during shipment. Packages up to 2kg.
Express courier. Delivery estimate: 2-4 days. Home delivery.
Rest of the world:
Postal mail. Delivery estimate: 30-90 days. Unregistered mail. a+t is not liable for any possible damage or loss of the package during shipment. Packages up to 2kg.
Express courier. Delivery estimate: 4-5 days. Home delivery.
Delays may take place in the following cases: if the customer has given the wrong shipping address or the email contact address, if the customer was not at the given address at the time of delivery, if the package could not be delivered due to adverse weather conditions.
In the case of the loss of a package or damage suffered during shipping to the destination, a+t will resend the order to the customer free of charge. Except in the event that the delivery was sent as Postal mail, in which case a+t is not in any way liable.
- TERMS OF PAYMENT
Spain: by card (VISA o MASTERCARD), bank transfer, cash on delivery and PayPal.
Portugal: by card (VISA o MASTERCARD), PayPal and cash on delivery.
Rest of the world: by card (VISA o MASTERCARD) and PayPal.
All the transactions are carried out safely though a Secure Payment Gateway and in accordance with the current legislation concerning data protection (Organic Law 15/1999).
- RETURNS AND REFUNDS
a+t will accept the return of a paper publication in the case whereby the purchaser has received it in defective or damaged conditions providing that this circumstance is communicated in writing to the e-mail address orders@aplust.net, attaching a photograph of the damaged product, within 5 days of the delivery date. If these conditions have been met, a+t will undertake to forward another copy of the same publication free of charge.
In the case whereby the damaged or defective goods are publications in CD or PDF format, the customer will be entitled to receive a replacement copy free of charge.
a+t will accept cancellation of a purchase providing the order has not yet been shipped. Cancellation will be made by e-mail to orders@aplust.net.
If the customer receives a product they have not ordered, they should contact a+t at the email address orders@aplust.net and the product will be picked up from the address given by the customer.
If the customer receives a product which is not the product they ordered, they should contact a+t at the email address orders@aplust.net and the product will be picked up from the address given by the customer.
If the customer purchases the wrong product by mistake, and wishes to change it for a different product, the unwanted product must be returned in the same condition that it was received, paying the shipping costs. a+t will dispatch the product which the customer originally wanted and will pay the difference into the customer account. In the case whereby there is a negative difference, the customer will have to pay the respective quantity. The second product will be shipped on receipt of the unwanted product in the a+t head office.
If the customer purchases an online version of a publication or a subscription, in the event of any issues while viewing the publications, the user should contact us at help@aplust.net. If the user cannot correctly view the online publication, they should inform us within 24 hours of purchase and a+t will refund their money.
5. ONLINE PUBLICATIONS AND PDFS
a+t releases some publications in digital format:
- Online publications
To read the online publications purchased, the user should access their account on the a+t website and visit the Digital Library. This section contains all the online publications purchased and you will be able to read them online in the cloud. You will require an Internet connection for this.
If the user cannot correctly view the online publication, they should inform us within 72 hours of purchase and a+t will refund their money.
- Pdf projects
Once the customer has purchased the pdf project, they will receive both an e-mail confirming the purchase and an e-mail containing a download link for each pdf requested. In the event of the customer not receiving any e-mails, they should check the e-mails are not in the Spam Tray. If the e-mails are not being delivered to this tray either, please contact a+t at: orders@aplust.net.
Also, the customer will be able to view the pdfs in the Digital Library by accessing his account at www.aplust.net
- a+t magazine on Zinio
Any complaints or claims regarding purchases of the a+t magazine made on Zinio should be sent to the platform where the publication was acquired.
- a+t books on the app ArchPapers
Any complaints or claims regarding purchases of a+t books made using the app ArchPapers should be sent to the app Customer Support service.
