Project published in Form&Data Collective Housing Projects: An Anatomical Review
August 22, 2017
The blocks in The Interlace by OMA and Ole Scheeren are stacked around a hexagonal pattern with 60 m distance between the facing blocks. The maximum building height is 24 storeys and the coverage is around 20% while dwelling density stands at 128 per hectare.
The values are those of standard single towers, with 18 to 20 storeys, typical of the accelerated urban growth in Singapore and in most Asian metropolises.
