New service and storage elements have been inserted using closed free-standing wooden boxes. These have solid wood frames with fixed or moving chipboard panels. This versatile solution enables access points to be opened or closed, rooms to be compartmentalized and allows for retractable wardrobes. Furthermore, the spacing between the boxes and the existing walls leaves room for wiring, preventing chases and keeping construction waste to a minimum.
