Located in a dispersely-populated valley, the insurance office wanted to become
the main building; playing the role erstwhile played by the palazzo or the church;
it was not enough to make do with its administrative function, it wanted to become
an appealing location for citizens, with a square looking onto the river, an openuse
ground floor and a restaurant service.
