The new housing area on the docks of Osterbro makes a commitment to high density in a reduced space that runs along the train tracks and the water's edge, where the Nordlyset Homes are situated (published in DBOOK).

This project of 102 homes is reminiscent of Bellevue (1937) by Arne Jacobsen on Klampenborg beach. In both cases, balconies are integrated into the structure and in Moller's structure they have glass separations that capture and reflect light.
