How can you combine the large scale qualities of an urban waterfront with the intimacy of the human scale?

To do so, the project consists of a dense kasbah of interlocking geometric forms that twists and turns to differentiate the site into spaces for living and play is raised on a slow hill of parking to provide each apartment with a panoramic view of the sea. The twisted and turned placing on the site creates a labyrinth of small, open spaces and hiding places for life, play and socialising between the houses.
