The Lighthouse project is the first project in the large transformation of the Aarhus north harbour. It offers a hotel/wellness centre, apartment buildings and an apartment tower, all on a peninsula surrounded by water, plus a new harbour promenade with evening sun and public access to the tower’s top-floor skybar with unique views of the Aarhus Bay.

The residences vary with cafes, restaurants and open squares which enable common free-time activities. Most cars will be parked underground, giving optimum conditions for  pedestrians and cyclists.

A very special feature will be the mix of owneroccupied and rental houses. This is the first time a Danish municipality requires such a high portion of non-profit rental houses in this kind of urban seaside projects.
