Europan 12 proposes to explore the question of time with a view to making the city more adaptable. One of the sites proposed by the organization is Budapest (Hungary).

Demolishing abandoned neighbourhoods and obsolete industry has released large amounts of space. The void generated now takes in an intensive use landscape corridor open to multiple uses around the urban core of Dessau which has come to take in the most intense uses.
