A project that makes good use of a former industrial building in a neighbourhood where the industrial fabric and residential fabric are becoming more and more combined. Adequate materials for the programme: asphalt fabric and wood for the terrace deck, a transport container that is placed on the original buildings, polycarbonate garage doors, graffiti on the patios.
On the interior, resistant low-cost materials that allow visibility and surveillance of the activities of the users, who are adolescent immigrants. To sum up, this is how to rehabilitate an industrial building so it continues to look industrial.
