Dynamo. Three plust three. Meiningen. Germany
June 24, 2010
Three new buildings are added to the three existing structures that made up an old mill in the centre of Meiningen. Its strategic location favoured the inclusion of several urban uses on the premises. Its implementation also allows public use of the space between buildings. The new buildings take on an olderlooking style of sloped roofs, which are inclined so as to have the optimum angle for energy use. The proposal won a competition for economic efficiency and low environmental impact.
