The project involves a set of rental units, which combine a repetitive typology of horizontal flats facing two directions and with a rich variety in the treatment of the facades combining a blended colour palette inspired by works of Paul Klee.
The chamfers foreseen by urban planning were carefully avoided, as they are inappropriate and out of scale for this typology of housing. They have been replaced by design in recessed-angle block corners which avoids distortion in the geometry of the pillars.
