50 Urban Blocks is the first in a collection of flash cards aimed to simplify architectural design. This first set of cards contains 50 new examples of how to design a block, how to organize space and ultimately how to build the city.

The Plinth + Slabs Urban Block is the card number 12 of the set. Its floor area ratio - relationship between gross floor area and the total area of the site - is 1.28 (moderate density) and the coverage - relationship between covered area and the total area of the site - is 0.51.
