Program: 530 transformed dwellings and 8 new dwellings
Net internal area: 44 210 m² existing + 23 500 m² extensions
(68 000m2 winter gardens included)
Cost: 27,2 M€ net (transformation), 1,2 M€ net (new dwellings)
