This building in the historic centre of Lleida has a layout of 19 units around an interior courtyard which contains circulation elements, ventilation and lighting. All units face both the interior courtyard and the narrow streets of the setting. The development offers five types of one or two storey housing whose size varies according to the potential number of individuals forming a household. The introduction of retractable partitions and mobile furniture enables a flexible use of the interior spaces: one single space can function as a living area, bedroom or office.
