The Docks Dombasles housing project maintains an existing warehouse, converted into offices, opposite the new docks walkway. The rest of the programme, a mix of social and private housing, is split into several modules which reproduce the silhouette of the original warehouse. In turn, the materials used in this new building echo the industrial character of the site.
