This office complex is being completed in the Zona Franca area, nearby the Calle A project. Two new buildings share the same block: this one, by FOA, and the adjoining one by Arata Isozaki.

Programme comprises 70.000 m2 of office space, 30.000 m2 of car park and 20.000 m2 of exterior landscaping. FOA’s volume rises up by means of two spectacular cantilevered volumes that liberate a part of the plot surface for the exterior lanscaping.
