Creus e Carrasco. New Malpica waterfront. Spain
February 21, 2011
Malpica is a fishing village on the Coast of Death whose population has been falling relentlessly in the last twenty years. The project aims to bring together its main industry, fishing, the decline of which has pushed inhabitants to other regions, with its main potential: tourism. The renovation of the port by landscaping pieces which repeat on themselves until merging into the horizon integrates port uses and recovery of the landscape.
