This lot is located inside a city block, mostly occupied by the public gardens of the ainte Périne hospital. The occupation of the gardens relates to the traditional layout of large bourgeois cities that occupy the inner landscaped patios on the blocks of the 16th arrondissement. In this case, the building takes on different typologies of social housing, which will favor the social diversity of the neighborhood and is placed on 4-metre-high pillars to reduce impact at ground level.
