Arquitectura Expandida (AXP) carries out projects halfway between architecture, cultural management (taking place as curations and cultural communication projects) and community work mostly under the patronage of institutions financed with public funds.

The intervention in the El Dorado neighbourhood responded to the needs expressed by residents, associations and the local parish. These agents, guided by a cross-disciplinary team including cultural managers, designers, architects, urban anthropologists, sociologists, graffiti artists, musicians and media communicators worked for two weeks on designing the  intervention, building and scheduling an open air cinema and a stage for musical events.
