Two office towers in central London were transformed to hold a combination of public and private housing and a students’ residence.
A base was added to them in order to bring the commercial programme nearer to the edge of the site and avoid free spaces of uncertain use. In addition, a wide variety of prefabrication options on the façade and interior elements allowed construction to be completed in a very short period of time.
