The initial purposes of the project, to satisfy the needs of the rowing club and create a space for play and interaction among the neighbourhood's youth, clash and it seems the rowing club is the winning party, taking up more space than would be ideal.
Nevertheless, the idea to create an undulating landscape on the sea instead of spending money on cleaning up the former industrial area and double its space is a great idea. What is most surprising is that the area that surrounds the project is still in a notable state of abandon.
