The quiet suburbs of Sydney Bay are getting rid of their most annoying neighbours. The team led by McGregor Coxall has again taken charge of the transformation of waterfront industrial facilities. Starting from the traces of the past, the intervention completes the set of environmental measures with the use of recycled materials and the optimization of the energy balance.

Wooden planks found on-site were recycled and reused as furniture elements.
