Managing plantations. Urban tree nursery

The much longed for return of nature to the city and the desire to turn our cities into fertile settings is displacing regular landscaping. Strict criteria for cost reduction or citizen safety are added to the traditional ornamental and composition reasons for landscaped planting. Furthermore user participation, management or care occupy an increasingly important place on the list of requirements.

Part of the site has been given over to mobile planters containing trees. When the intervention is dismantled to make way for the planned building these trees will be used to replant the pavements of neighbouring streets.
