Batlle i Roig. Las Llamas Park. Santander. Spain
Patricia García - July 20, 2012. 10:20

La Vaguada de las Llamas is a large space that the city had for conversion into an urban park. It is a plot that is parallel to the structure of the city and bordered by two perimetral roads that define an elongated shape. Its name in Spanish reveals that the characteristic of the park’s topography is a watercourse (vaguada) and its lowest point has a torrent.
