GENEROSITY SERIES DWELLINGS The building has 20 units, one of which will be used as a bridge floor for families in the process of social reintegration. The hous- es are designed from a grid of 16 m² open pieces that coincide with the laminated wood structure. These pieces allow very di- verse divisions and distributions, allowing the user to decide on their spaces. Each house starts from a fully equipped 50 m² base, corresponding to the small typologies (S). This basic unit is ex- tended with one or two pieces, becoming types Medium or Large. The pieces that allow this extension are spaces managed by the cooperative. This management allows a real flexibility of the sys- tem, and the houses appropriate them individually or shared. VIVIENDAS El edificio cuenta con 20 unidades, una de las cuales será utilizada como piso puente para familias en proceso de reinserción social. Las viviendas se diseñan sobre una retícula de piezas abiertas de 16 m² que coinciden con la estructura de madera laminada. Estas piezas permiten varias divisiones y distribuciones, para que el usuario decida sobre sus espacios. Cada casa parte de una base de 50 m² totalmente equipada, correspondiente a las tipologías pequeñas (S). Esta unidad básica se amplía con una o dos piezas, pasando a ser de tipo Mediano o Grande. Las piezas que permiten esta ampliación son gestionadas por la cooperativa, lo que permite una flexibilidad real del sistema, y las viviendas se las apropian de forma individual o compartida.
