Having removed the perimeter slopes, the structure is enclosed by a parapet made from prefabricated concrete elements. The low wall serves to contain the earth filler and to top it over as an elongated bench running parallel to the park activity.
The endurance of the furniture and other elements is a sine qua non condition when public space is involved. Some strategies are focused on surviving anti-social behaviour while others are designed to withstand the elements or constant use.
