Customizing. Textile straps canopy

The quiet suburbs of Sydney Bay are getting rid of their most annoying neighbours. The team led by McGregor Coxall has again taken charge of the transformation of waterfront industrial facilities. Starting from the traces of the past, the intervention completes the set of environmental measures with the use of recycled materials and the optimization of the energy balance.

The canopy is made out of textile straps like the ones used for seat belts. Surrounded by the sturdiness of other materials on-site, these straps counterbalance the atmosphere land move with the wind.
