Activating hubs. Belvedere on top of the archaeological site

The project emerged from the need to protect the archaeological excavation works carried out between the Santa Cruz Church (Old Cathedral) and the New Cathedral, and further has allowed a public observation deck to be erected facing the sea. Aimed at preserving the strong heritage-driven inertia of the surroundings, the solution adopted turns to classic solutions in order to attain simplicity and lightness.

The platform is supported by steel columns that can be easily dismantled.
