This involves recycling atmospheres, programmes and objects which beyond the environmental advantages keeps the memory alive and consolidates the implementation of the projects. With the turn of the century transformation of the production model and environmental awareness are returning large expanses of land, which have been cleaned up according to sustainable criteria, to the city. in this context, traditional landscape design loses momentum, making way for other types of strategies to bring nature back into the city. In the time this plan is being drawn up, a very low cost temporary park will occupy this former industrial brownfield site. The park, laid out according to historic maps, recreates the landscape of the urban voids and will function as a framework for multiple uses to be defined by the users. Different activities related to health and fitness, subject to a process of constant mutation, will be carried out on the removable paving. 1:10.000 PROJECT COST COSTE DEL PROYECTO (euros/m2) SITE AREA SUPERFICIE DE LA INTERVENCIÓN (m2) 11 140.000SOCIAL FORMAL ENVIRONMENT AL OBJECTSSITETERRITORY 021STRATEGY CONCEPT integrating contingency INTEgRAR LA CONTINgENCIA Spontaneous vegetation Vegetación espontánea 103STRATEGY SURFACES allowing reversion FACILITAR LA REvERSIóN Superimposed elements Elementos superpuestos P P P 009STRATEGY PROGRAMME occupying voids OCuPAR vACíOS Mosaic of temporary activities Mosaico de actividades temporales 022STRATEGY CONCEPT allowing randomness PERMITIR LA INDETERMINACIóN Mobile furniture Mobiliario portátil 017STRATEGY CONCEPT turning the past into design generator CONvERTIR EL PASADO EN gENERADOR The original urban grid La trama urbana original 027STRATEGY BACKGROUND recreating a theme RECREAR uN TEMA Les terrains vagues STRATEGY SURFACES adapting endurance ADECuAR RESISTENCIAS Sand, earth, concrete slabs, asphalt and grass Arena, tierra, losas de cemento, asfalto y césped 109079STRATEGY USERS participating PARTICIPAR Choice of activities Elección de actividades STRATEGY LIGHTING making landscapes CREAR PAISAjES Projecting onto the paving Proyección sobre el pavimento 13552 070STRATEGY FLuxES intEgrating INTEGRAR pEDESTRIANS, cycLISTS, pubLIc TRANSpORT AND cARS All the fluxes are integrated into the public space along the tramway, which also incorporates squares and key points, which were formerly cut off by traffic, for the pedestrian. pEATONES, cIcLISTAS, TRANSpORTE púbLIcO y AuTOmóvILES Todos los flujos se integran en el espacio público a lo largo de la línea de tranvía, que además incorpora para el peatón plazas y puntos clave que estaban aislados por el tráfico.53 132STRATEGY LIGHTING Creating referenCes Crear referenCias BaCKLiT TraM sTOPs The new tram stops give identity to the intervention and their presence lends rhythm to the nightscape along the tramway.
