In this proposal a striking urban unit, which is both high-density and has highly-concentrated uses, has been built going against the development criteria of low-density, zoning and image diversity often present in projects such as this.  The three-storey plinth takes up the whole of the site associated with the new Parque de la Marina, while a large pedestrian walkway links the complex with the park, and the city with the nearby train station. On the ground floor, each of the five adjoining squares concentrate two entrace halls and the small retail units of the complex, whereas the access to the shopping centre is on the other side of the block.
