Nantes is not lacking in urban projects promoted by its city government. In addition to large-scale interventions like the renovation of the centre, the transformation of the island or the recovery of the Malakoff area near the Marcel Saupin stadium, one can see the renovation of existing districts and construction of new neighbourhoods like bottière Chénaie.
